If you complete an inquiry, you may share your name, company or brand, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, country, product requirements, quantities, fabric direction, branding notes, and project details.

The website prepares the inquiry in your browser and opens a WhatsApp conversation or email link for you to send. Files selected in the form are not automatically attached to a WhatsApp message; you must attach them yourself after WhatsApp opens.

The inquiry form may save production details locally in your browser so a refresh does not remove your work. Contact details, project notes, and selected files are not saved in this draft. You can use the Reset inquiry control to remove the saved production draft from that browser.

Musa Wears uses information you send to respond to manufacturing inquiries, clarify specifications, discuss samples and production, and communicate about a potential business relationship. We do not use inquiry details to make automated decisions about you.

The site may use Google Analytics to understand broad website usage and improve content and performance. Analytics is loaded after the page has had an opportunity to become idle. See the Cookie Policy for more detail.

Information you send through WhatsApp, email, or another third-party service is handled under that service’s own terms and privacy policy. We do not sell personal information. We retain business correspondence only for as long as reasonably needed to answer the inquiry, manage the relationship, and meet legitimate business or legal needs.
