When you choose Request Quote, the site sends the validated inquiry to Musa Wears so it can be stored and routed to the sales team. A non-sensitive reference is shown after storage succeeds. Selected files upload to private storage only after type and size validation; they remain unavailable to staff until malware scanning confirms they are clean. If you choose the WhatsApp handoff instead, the prepared message text is passed in a WhatsApp link and you must attach files yourself after WhatsApp opens.

The inquiry form may save selected production details locally in your browser so a refresh does not remove your work. Contact details, project notes, file contents, and file names are not saved in this draft. A successful server submission or WhatsApp handoff clears the draft; if a handoff is blocked, the draft remains until you reset it, it expires after seven days, or you clear browser storage.

Opening the prepared WhatsApp link sends its message text to WhatsApp. You still need to press send in WhatsApp for the message to be delivered to the Musa Wears number. WhatsApp, Google Analytics, email providers, and social platforms operate under their own terms and privacy policies, which Musa Wears does not control.
