Welcome to Musa Wears — Custom Sportswear Manufacturer
OEM production is for buyers who have already defined the product direction and need a manufacturing partner to interpret the specification accurately. Musa Wears keeps the technical pack, approved sample, artwork, materials, measurements and finishing notes connected through the production discussion.

Buyer information
Our minimum order starts at 50 pieces. Final order requirements depend on the product, design, and specifications.
Paid samples are available to review your design, materials, and workmanship before a bulk order. Sample costs are quoted separately.
Production timelines are confirmed individually based on design, order quantity, materials, and order requirements.
Courier, air freight, and sea freight options can be quoted according to destination, shipment size, and buyer requirements. Shipping costs and timelines are confirmed with your quotation.
An OEM brief can include a technical pack, reference garment, graded measurement chart, artwork files, color standards, fabric direction and construction requirements. The first production conversation should identify which details are fixed, which need confirmation and which approvals are still outstanding.
The manufacturing role is to turn that approved direction into a clear production route. Questions about fabric, stitching, decoration, labels, packing and tolerances should be resolved against the buyer’s specification rather than replaced with a generic stock design.
Sampling gives the buyer a physical check against the written specification. Fit, measurements, fabric hand feel, color appearance, artwork scale, decoration placement and finishing can be reviewed before the larger production stage.
If a sample needs a change, record the affected measurement, artwork, material or construction point before approval. A clear revision reference reduces ambiguity when the approved details move into cutting, sewing, decoration, inspection and packing.
Quality control is most useful when it is measured against the approved brief. Relevant checks can include construction, stitching, measurements, branding placement, color appearance, finishing and packing instructions. The exact checks depend on the product category and the specification agreed for the order.
For a focused OEM inquiry, share the product category, quantity, technical information, artwork, size direction, fabric requirements and any details that must remain unchanged. The team can then identify the production questions that need confirmation instead of treating the request as an undefined development project.
It also helps to keep one current revision of the specification for the people reviewing the order. Mark approved changes clearly, separate open questions from confirmed details and note any tolerance or packing requirement that could affect inspection. This gives sampling, production and final review the same reference point.
The same discipline is useful for repeat orders. Keep the approved measurements, colors, labels and packing notes together so a later inquiry can be compared with the earlier brief without assuming that every product detail is unchanged.

Include the garment construction, measurements, size range, fabric or GSM direction, artwork, branding placements and packing requirements that define the approved product.
Identify the affected measurement, material, artwork or construction point and keep the current revision clear for sample review and production discussion.
If your product still needs design development, compare the ODM route. If the product is defined, use OEM and the connected production pages below.
